James Vick has opened as the -160 betting favorite for UFC Fight Night 135.
Vick (13-1) faces Justin Gaethje (18-2) in the main event, which takes place at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Neb. on August 25.
The betting favorite has won four consecutive fights with nine total victories inside the Octagon.
His recent win streak includes the likes of Franciso Trinaldo, Joseph Duffy, Polo Reyes, and Abel Trujillo.
Three of those victories ended courtesy of technical knockout and submission.
Gaethje made his organizational debut with an undefeated record and earned a thrilling victory over Michael Johnson in July of 2017.
However, his undefeated record is no more as he has dropped his past two fights.
Former divisional champion Eddie Alvarez and top contender Dustin Poirier defeated Gaethje by technical knockout and knockout.
Vick, who stands at 6’3 will own a sizable six-inch reach advantage, which Gaethje will be forced to navigate through in order to return to the win column.
