Tom Brady Rips NFL For Becoming “Glorified College Football”

Tom Brady is often quiet when it comes to controversial topics in the NFL, but that has changed. The New England Patriots quarterback took aim at the NFL for a few issues during his weekly radio spot.

Brady specifically called out teams for starting young quarterbacks too early and the league for the rule changes.

“I think it was a different time. Football was different then. Now, in some ways, pro football is more glorified college football. In some ways, the transition — it’s more similar than it used to be when I first started. Football now is removing some of the physical elements of the game. It’s more of a space game. You see a lot of college plays more in the pro game now than I remember when I started.”

You know the game may be going too far in making it safe when Tom Brady wants more physical action.
