One of the big matchups to watch in Sunday’s AFC Championship game between the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos will be the Denver defense trying to stop star tight end Rob Gronkowski. Broncos CB Chris Harris said hitting Gronkowski’s knees is the best way to tackle him down and will be the game plan. Gronkowski has a history with knee injuries.
Gronkowski replied with the following on Twitter:
Another Denver linebacker, Brandon Marshall, delivered more critical words about Gronk and how he achieves success:
“He pushes off. I mean, he pushes off, and he gets away with it about 98 percent of the time.”
Sunday’s game will be must-see television.
