Gobble gobble. Turkey day has come and gone, so it’s now time to prepare those lineups for NFL Sunday kickoff. Who should you play today? Stop thinking, we’ve got you covered. Here’s our favorite lineup heading into 1:00 ET kickoff.
Josh McCown gets the start after Johnny Manziel lied to the Cleveland coaching staff about his post-rehab boozing, and McCown will be ready. Cleveland’s starter all year has managed to put up huge fantasy points, and that trend will continue vs. a horrific Baltimore defense. And at a minimum price tag of $5,000, we’ve got the funds for some BIG PLAY running backs.
Todd Gurley and Adrian Peterson are the top two running backs available this week. Thanks for being so cheap, Josh McCown.
Mike Evans and the Bucs are coming off a huge W last week. Jameis Winston is proving himself as a young leader in the NFL, with Evans as his primary target. Brandon Lafell is the only WR left in New England, and Tom Brady has to throw the ball to somebody not named Gronk. Although Lafell has significantly disappointed fantasy owners all year, he is a must play at $4300 with Amendola listed as inactive. Cooper and Derek Carr are coming off a horrible performance, and are too good to not rally back this week against the declining Titans secondary.
Gary BIGPLAY Barnidge has his QB back this week, and will be ready to expose the Baltimore secondary. Look for McCown to target Barnidge all game long, and reach the endzone at least once.
While Barnidge will be heavily targeted by Cleveland, Kamar Aiken will be the man in Baltimore. We don’t expect a high scoring game in Cleveland tomorrow night, but we do expect both Aiken and Barnidge to find the endzone.
Look for MNF in Cleveland to be a low scoring affair between two shitty teams. Matt Schaub is prone to pick 6’s, so hopefully we can see another vintage Schaub outing tomorrow night.
$20 wins $1,000,000. Let’s get it.
