Panthers LB Thomas Davis Wasn’t Joking About Playing Super Bowl 50 With a Broken Arm

During the 1st quarter of the NFC title game, All-Pro Panthers LB Thomas Davis broke his arm. In the post-game, Davis made it clear he was going to do everything in his power to play in Super Bowl 50.

Davis also made the following comment in regards to the upcoming match up with Peyton Manning and the Broncos.

“I wouldn’t miss the Super Bowl for the world,”

Davis took immediate action to ensure his dream will come to fruition, going under the knife in the hours following the game in an attempt to heal enough to play in 2 weeks.

Tough not to respect Davis for his commitment to play. Let’s hope it all works out. Look forward to seeing you on the field, big man.
