LIPTON HARD ICED TEA GEAR IN-STORE GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

The Lipton In-Store Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Lipton, BIGPLAY, and participating retail partners are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 1, 2025, and ends on July 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

• Visit a participating location and scan the official Giveaway QR code.

• Submit your valid email address through the entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Duplicate entries within the same week may be disqualified.

4. Prizes

Weekly Prize

Each week during the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected to receive Lipton Hard Iced Tea golf gear.

Grand Prize

At the conclusion of the Giveaway, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected to receive a foursome at Little Mountain Golf Club. The date of the round will be determined by BIGPLAY in coordination with the winner and Little Mountain Golf Club.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible email entries received. Weekly winners will be chosen on a rolling basis during the Promotion Period. The grand prize winner will be selected on or about August 1, 2025.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Must be 21+ to qualify. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time.

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or selection of winners. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of a prize.

This Giveaway is sponsored by BIGPLAY, in partnership with Lipton Hard Iced Tea. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform.
