Oklahoma State Cowboys Dominate Stroke Play to Secure the No. 1 Seed

The stroke play portion of the NCAA Men’s Golf National Championship has concluded. The Oklahoma State Cowboys dominated throughout all four rounds. The Cowboys had the low round all four days and finished with 31 strokes between them and second place. The Cowboys had three individuals in the top ten to lead them, including the individual champion Matthew Wolff. The also had Viktor Hovland, the low-am at the Masters, finish in 14th.

It’s going to take every bit of effort to take down this Cowboys team. With four of their five players having played in the national championship last year, they have plenty of experience.

They will have to go through three more teams to finish off the repeat. While they are going to be tough to beat, match play is anyone’s game, so they will need to be ready.
