BigPlay Dave and BigPlay Jay give their takes on the Best of The Rest
During the Big Play Podcast, Dave and Jay talked about multiple games, but what about the three best games that they didn’t cover?
Cleveland Browns @ Houston Texans- 12/2/2018 1:00 EST
This game will definitely be a challenge for the Dawg Pound. The three headed monster of the Browns offense, consisting of Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, and Jarvis Landry, is going up against the three headed monster of the Texans defense, consisting of J.J. Watt, Jadeveon Clowney, and Tyrann Matthieu. Cleveland is 2-1 since the removal of Hue Jackson and Todd Haley. As Freddie Kitchens is the new offensive coordinator of the Browns, which is tailored to Baker Mayfield’s strengths, the offense has become explosive. Houston is on an eight game winning streak, but this game could be a trap game for the Texans, as they could be looking ahead to the division rival Indianapolis Colts next week. The Browns beat the Bengals last week 35-20, while the Texans beat the Titans 34-17.
Cleveland 21- 17 Houston
Cleveland 28-24 Houston
San Francisco 49ers @ Seattle Seahawks- 12/02/2018 4:25 EST
This will be the first time Richard Sherman returns to the area of the 12th man since he left Seattle and signed with the 49ers. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks are fighting for a wild card birth. Nick Mullens has cooled off since his debut against the Raiders, and was picked off twice last week. The Seahawks beat the Panthers 30-27, but the 49ers lost to the Buccaneers 27-9.
Seattle 35-10 San Francisco
Seattle 24-6 San Francisco
Chicago Bears @ New York Giants- 12/02/2018 1:00 EST
The NFC North division leaders take a trip to the Meadowlands in a bout against the 3-8 Giants. The Giants are on a conquest to still win out the rest of their season, however the time of Eli Manning is starting to come to an end, as his tenure may be over. The Bears defense is extremely overwhelming and could prove to be a problem for the Giants on Sunday, but the Bears offense could be stagnant without Mitchell Trubisky under center. Chicago named Chase Daniel the starting quarterback for the second week in a row, as Trubisky is still suffering from a shoulder injury. The Bears beat the Lions 23-16, and the Giants lost to the Eagles 25-22.
Chicago 24-10 New York Giants
Chicago 21-10 New York Giants
