10. Dirk Nowitzki (Dallas Mavericks)

Dirk Nowitzki gets a spot over guys like Blake Griffin and Chris Bosh due to having less talent around him. The Dallas Mavericks are still a top five team in the Western Conference and Nowitzki is the main reason why. Dirk’s teammates have been highly inconsistent and he’s picked up the slack to carry them.
