We all know that at the age of 41 years old, Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is the oldest-active quarterback in the league. Though, according to New York Jets defensive lineman, Quinnen Williams, the rookie has the six-time Super Bowl champion, estimated older than he really is.
This is what Williams said about Brady, whom he will face two times this season.
This is a pretty hilarious comment. Technically speaking, Williams was born in 1997 when Brady was playing at Michigan. The GOAT did not get drafted until the year 2000.
Nevertheless, we can all enjoy a good laugh here with Williams giving Brady three years of extra NFL credit.
With the way Brady is playing, though, he might just earn those three extra years on his own. He turns 42 this August and is showing little signs of slowing down.
As for Williams, he produced eight sacks and 71 combined tackles at Alabama. The Jets were wise to select him third-overall and it appears Williams cannot wait to meet Brady face to face this fall.
