Gators Fans Tired of Sucking, Post Head Coaching Job on Craigslist

Remember when the Florida Gators used to be good at football?

Hard to believe it’s been five years since Tim Tebow (with a little help from Jesus) was scoring touchdowns left and right in the Swamp.

Once Urban quit the program in 2010 citing health concerns — he seems pretty damn healthy now at Ohio State — Florida has all but vanished from national prominence under Will Muschamp. With a record of 25-19 since arriving in Gainesville, Gators fans are chomping at the bit to find a new coach… even posting the job opening on Craigslist:

Seems like a lot to fill.

Even Tebow is speaking out against his beloved Gators:

“If you’re a Gator fan, it was not easy to watch. They just didn’t play with the heart that I’m used to watching Florida Gators play with.”

Rumor has it that Florida will go after Bob Stoops after the season. Good luck with that. Even though Stoops has ties to the program (he was the Defensive Coordinator under Steve Spurrier back in the glory days of Gator football), he has been around Oklahoma too long to leave now and rebuild a program in the tough SEC.
