Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay Packers) $6400

The usually elite Aaron Rodgers is having one of his weaker seasons in quite some time. Green Bay ended the season on a down note with a losing streak causing them to lose out on the NFC North title. Rodgers is averaging 12.2 DraftKings points over the last three weeks and has been significantly worse on the road this season. The matchup against Washington isn’t bad but Rodgers has done nothing of late to show he’s trustworthy.

Alex Smith (Kansas City Chiefs) $5300

The Houston Texans are the fourth best team in the NFL at stopping opposing quarterbacks and should be able to contain the painfully mediocre Alex Smith. Smith has an extremely low ceiling and there’s no realistic reason to go with him at quarterback this week.
