The Stanford marching band is an eccentric bunch. After being banned from attending away games for an entire year, the marching band was granted an exception for the Rose bowl, as there was no flight needed to make the trip.
I am assuming the NCAA is regretting that decision.
At halftime, Stanford brought out numerous farm references to troll Iowa, including a cow, and the formation of a sad farmer…causing ESPN to cut away.

Not a great farmer formation, as it looked more like the Leprechaun from Mobile, Alabama.
Either way, Stanford is beating up the Hawkeyes in more ways than one tonight.
