Carson Palmer (Arizona Cardinals) $6700
The Cincinnati Bengals have defended the quarterback position well but Carson Palmer has become matchup proof. Palmer had another successful fantasy game on the road against the Seattle Seahawks defense. That was enough to show us that he’s reliable every week regardless of the opponent. Palmer is second only behind Tom Brady in DraftKings points per game at the QB position. The price is very fair for the production you get from Carson Palmer.
Derek Carr (Oakland Raiders) $6300
Derek Carr has become another reliable quarterback option. The Oakland Raiders QB faced a very difficult Minnesota Vikings defense last week and still passed twenty points on DraftKings. Carr is developing the reputation of a high ceiling-low floor quarterback which is always important in daily fantasy. The matchup this week will be against a very bad Detroit Lions pass defense. The good luck will continue for the Raiders passing game.
Tyrod Taylor (Buffalo Bills) $5200
While he has been lackluster since returning from a knee injury, Tyrod Taylor has a great chance to deliver another breakout performance against the New England Patriots. The game plan this season by the Patriots has been to limit the run and it’s opened up the opponent’s passing game. The way to beat New England is through the air and Taylor will be forced to pass more than LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams will be able to run. Taylor will have enough opportunities to be the best cheap QB of the weekend.
