Grab a beer, it’s time to have a Sunday w/ The BIGPLAY Podcast
Social media is forever changing the world, whether it be for the better or worse. For Jeremy Maclin and the Baltimore Ravens, it seems to be working out just fine for them. A Baltimore restaurant let it be known who they wanted their beloved Ravens to sign with this tweet last week:
You drive a hard bargain, Mr. Maclin. We'll up the offer to free crab cakes for life. Now sign already! 📋 pic.twitter.com/XVjwjwZhHS

Earlier this offseason Kansas City cut ties with Maclin to clear cap space. Yesterday Maclin agreed to sign with the Ravens and start filling his belly with free crab cakes, because evidently professional athletes are on a tight budget. More power to ya, Jeremy. Perhaps Kansas City restaurants will learn from this move and start luring in players with their famous BBQ.
