UFC head honcho Dana White revealed Conor McGregor’s side of things have been finalized for a potential fight with Floyd Mayweather. It is now up to Mayweather’s camp to sign a contract to make the bizarre boxing match a reality. White said the following:
“McGregor’s side is done, I’m starting to work on the Mayweather side now. I got one side done, now it’s time to work on the other. If we can come to a deal with [Al] Haymon and Mayweather, the fight’s going to happen.
It’s going to be straight up boxing.”
The number McGregor has agreed to is unknown, but it is likely a lot of money to take a guaranteed loss.
