Chris Paul has suffered another injury that will likely keep him out for a couple of months. The Houston Rockets point guard left Thursday’s game with a hamstring injury. Peter Vescey reported that Paul should miss 6-8 weeks to recover.
Chris Paul initially out 6-8 weeks. More than likely until after the all star break. MRI will reveal tomorrow if surgery is needed but source says definitely a grade 3 tear. Doesn’t look good. Austin Rivers may have a home.

This is a huge blow for the Rockets after they got hot over the past few weeks. Houston will likely have a tough road to maintain momentum in the Western Conference playoff picture.
Austin Rivers joining the team seems very possible, but it’s hard to envision him replacing CP3.
