Duke Johnson Jr. finally got his wish. It was just announced that the Browns running back was traded to the Houston Texans for a conditional fourth-round draft pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

When the Browns put Duke up on the trading block months ago, things were never the same after that. Johnson responded back that he wanted out of Cleveland. Since then he has dropped and picked up a new agent and never swayed on his decision to leave Cleveland. Today that becomes reality.

The Browns have Nick Chubb and of course Kareem Hunt when he returns from his eight-game suspension. Not to mention, Dontrell Hilliard waiting in the wings to show this town what he’s made of.

I would have liked things to work out with Duke but I wish him the best and much success.
