The Cleveland Browns announced on Wednesday morning that they have signed former Ohio State quarterback and wide receiver Braxton Miller.

Miller spent last season on the practice squad with the Eagles. A former-third-round pick with the Houston Texans, Miller appeared in 21 games over two seasons with 34 catches.

Miller joins a crowded receiver room in Cleveland but could be best utilized as a kick returner.

Miller is a native of Springfield, Ohio.
