BigPlay Betting Guide to Divisional Playoff Weekend

It’s Divisional Playoff Weekend! And for 3/4 of our picks…there’s no place like home. Buckle up bros…it’s time to make bank.

Baltimore @ New England

In their 4th divisional playoff matchup, look for the Pats to reclaim the meaning of home field advantage. Baltimore has won 2/3 at Gillette Stadium since 2009, and the Pats are rested and ready to get back to .500. It’s really fucking cold in New England right now, and it’s projected to stay that way. Look for a low scoring, 10 point victory for Brady and company, 27-17.

Carolina @ Seattle

-10.5 points is always an incredibly tough cover in the NFL, even more so in the playoffs. Yet, the Panthers defense who underperformed lofty expectations all year, will now be without starting DT Star Lotulelei. Not an ideal spot to be in against Marshawn “Suck on My Nuts” Lynch. Look for BeastMode to attack the middle early.

Weather shouldn’t be a factor, as the rain in balmy 45 degree Seattle is projected to stop by kickoff. Seahawks outplay Carolina, 28-17.

Dallas @ Green Bay

There’s a cortisone shot to fix Aaron Rodgers’ torn calf, right? Let’s hope so. Bold prediction of the weekend is not Green Bay covering -5.5, but the over. It’s a gamble, but we’re predicting a shootout in the Florida-like 21 degree weather predicted for kickoff. Rodgers leads the Packers to victory, 28-27.

Indianapolis @ Denver

Peyton Manning started his career 0-3 in the playoffs. Andrew Luck started 2-2. Does that really matter? Probably not. But after getting bounced from the playoffs again last year, Andrew Luck is no longer content just making the playoffs. He’s ready to win the whole damn thing.

Weather won’t be a factor tomorrow, 39 and cloudy.

Although we think there’s a decent chance Luck and the Colts can take down the mighty Broncos…take the points. Broncos win, 34-31…leaving Andrew Luck like…
