Last week, Big Ben’s leg injury killed our chances at big money. However the tandem of Peyton Manning and Demaryius Thomas (with a huge day from Larry Fitz) was enough gusto to get us back to even on the day. Week 1 brought a 33% return, so house money it is again in week 4. Here are our top 3 favorite lineups heading into NFL Sunday.
3. Taylor to Clay
We like the value of Tyrod Taylor vs the Giants, even with the slight ankle tweak. Each week, we pair our starting QB with a WR or TE, and the uber athletic Charles Clay is to good to pass up. Look for at least one Taylor to Clay TD today on a red zone scramble.
Going cheap at QB allows us to start 2 absolute studs at RB. Peterson should have no issues running over Denver, while Matt Forte is going to be the workhorse behind the ill-equipped Chicago passing game (not to mention the Bears would love to move Forte, and should be showing him off today).
Add in a solid WR group of Larry Fitz, Sanders and Stevie Johnson vs. Cleveland, and you’ve got a winner ready to roll.
